I've visited Santa Fe since 1987 and am blown away by Casa Chimayo's authentic New Mexican cuisine.
Salsa, guacamole, Blue corn enchiladas, pork Adovada, Fajitas, cucumber cilantro jalapeño Margarita. Everything. Everything is good here.

Authentic food and great people. Breakfast burrito is the best in town. Avocado BLT is also delicious. Leave room for sopapillas - they're insane.

Definitely get the breakfast burrito. Then take a nap and fast the rest of day. Recommend walking home to burn off the calories.
Head to toe legit. Amazing pastry counter. Illy Coffee and espresso. Monte Cristo is amazing. Croquet Madame with egg is tiny but so rich one is enough.
If you don't like this place, check your pulse. Some of the most incredible pastries I've ever tasted. Unreal.
