The hibiscus iced tea is fantastic. The menu doesn't say it, but the lentil stew is vegan.

I have eaten here several times and each time has been excellent. Jerk Chicken over plantains, Goat Stew, and Curry Chicken are excellent. Featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. Service on point.

First time here & tried the Kapustnica, a traditional Slovakian Christmas stew - it was delicious! Also enjoyed the house-made bread and had a beautifully flaky and chubby croissant. I will be back!
I just took a bite of the buttermilk pancakes and ohhhhhh wooow. It is super soft (French bread like) on the inside and a little fried on the edge. Wow this is how you do pancakes.

on Upper Canyon Road -- this cozy little restaurant (a winter favorite for polenta stew) and their expansive outdoor patio (a spring & summer favorite for lunch, tea + sweets). Al fresco at its best.
The posole verde was excellent, as is the extensive tea list. Be sure to get the pistachio cake for dessert!
A good place for matcha green tea with ginger on the rim and a tremendous bowl of oatmeal swimming in cream and strawberries, banana, maple syrup, and sticky rice.
