Juan Diez: El chef del Normandie se fue después de mucho tiempo a abrir un restaurant propio. Se llama Le Bistrot, queda al frente del Rivoli y no defrauda para nada, siempre que evites el Pisco Sour ;)

Marcela Vega: La cocina está abierta hasta tarde y también abre los domingo. No tienen "un" o "el" chef. Las recetas son de un libro de cocina. Salvo el tártaro de salmón (le falta enjundia, tostadas, etc) , RICO!!
