Try the takoyaki and garlic tonkotsu ramen! I'd definitely recommend upgrading to pork belly and add an extra egg if you're extra hungry

Delicious traditional tonkatsu shoyu ramen. Swap the pork for pork belly. The karaage is deliciously marinaded in ginger/soy sauce and comes with a spicy Japanese mayo.
In my opinion, this is the best ramen place in Seattle now. The most authentic Fukuoka style Tonkotsu ramen made by actual ramen chefs from Japan.

I love the Shio ramen and I added corn. The meat was so tender! Only half orders and few choices of ramen at dinner. Miso butter anything is delicious! Japanese pancake is also good.

Great ramen shop. The spicy ramen broth has a touch of Szechuan peppercorn. Hite on draft and Echigo Koshihikari in bottle.
Spicy Kotteri Ramen = delicious. The broth definitely has Sichuan peppercorns in it, which was great lingering burning mouth feel. Spice level 3 was perfect for me and I like spice.

We had the Tonkotsu Miso ramen and the Blank Garlic ramen (photo). The staff was friendly, they had awesome music and ambiance. The food was on point. Can't go wrong here.
Miso Ramen was delish! Soft boiled egg was perfectly done. Pork delicious. The gyosa we excellent also. Very friendly staff, and quick.

Multiple ramen flavors to choose from, including a delicious sesame broth. However, they do not have low sodium options, which can be important. Decent ramen, though not my favorite.

Really enjoyed the Miso Ramen, which is rich and garlicky. The dining room channels a nightclub aesthetic so it doesn't evoke a corner ramen shop right away, but it's still tasty.
I am usually getting either a ramen or house salad with Japanese bun. Everything is extremely tasty. Oh, try miso ramen! Plum wine is the best. Service is very good

The specialty of the house is tori-paitan ramen. It’s creamy and rich, though it’s not as fatty as tonkotsu ramen (which some may appreciate).
There's only 2 ramen to choose from but that's OK cause this makes it simple and they're both REALLY GOOD! Also i heard the table next to us that the Japanese pale ale they sell is the best 🍺 ever
Both ramens are great. Limited menu means they can perfect those few items.

The kimchi and lazy deviled eggs are AHHHMAZING! I wasn't super impressed with the 2 ramen dishes I tried, which were the Spicy Ramen and the Adobo Ramen. Noodles were too firm, and flavor was ok.
Ox Tail Ramen FTW!!! Soup base is incredibly delicious and noodles are made fresh from a local company. MMmmm MMmmm gooooood!
