The signature chirashi bowl has enough ingredients to consider it a celebratory dish. Service is always personable and efficient. Love this place. California maki are gigantic, five in a plate.

The sushi is so good it makes up for the considerable wait & price. The Chirashi is delectable, the Tiger Prawns are rich and delicious, and the Signature Maki is a row of surprising & yummy morsels.

The lunch set tasted good. Added teriyaki cod fish. Nice combination with the chirashi. They also provide freshly grated wasabi. Which is a plus point! The big prawn tempura was abit disappointing

Good value chirashi! Recommend the salmon sashimi, unagi and scallops (all available in the premium kaisen don). Omakase available when they get a new shipment of fresh fish. Watch out for the queue.

The salmon and avocado rice bowl is my fav! If you are looking for a bowl of seafood surprises, I would highly recommend the sashimi bowl. Opt for brown rice if you are looking for a healthier option!

Basic Chirashi Don at The Sushi Bar. Might look good but the cut of the fish is quite bad. Was expecting like a Bara Chirashi kinda thing but nah. Quite disappointing for $19.90++
Scallops were flavourful.... Other than that.... Salmon Roll was averagely good. The Premiun Chirashi was not premium. Onsen egg on Wagyu Don saved it a little... But still stuck in averagely good.

The gyu don is truly to die for... There's some sort of butter herb sauce on top that gives it a fantastic zing. (At least I think it's butter)
