Get the lake view if it's available; it's quite lovely. You see the Field, the Shedd and the Planetarium.
Check out the Ballroom, its been used in movies and has a great view of Michigan Ave.
Corner rooms are great. Get one that has a view of both the lake and downtown
However the agent at check in was able to correct the matter. She upgraded our room. The suite on the 15th floor had an amazing view of the lake. The bathroom & decor was something from a magazine.

The absolute best movie-going experience ever! VIP seating is a must, never a bad view of the screen. If you'd like a delicious, yet early death, try the Bacon popcorn. Royale Burger is delish too!
