Foodcourt style Din Tai Fung, xiao long bao is great. Zha jiang mian is also nice. My favourite is hong you chao shou the red sauce dumplings :)

Worth the 30min wait for meal. Dumplings in soup with handmade noodles spicy & delicious. Great steamed dumplings but need a bit of seasoning. Prices all around $12 but the serves are big. Do it up.

These are the best dumplings in Sydney. Abandon your trip to Din Tai Fung and be prepared to not wait in a queue. Xiao Long Boa is delicious, fried pork + chive delectable. The pancakes!!!

Pork & chive dumplings - get the best of both worlds & order 1/2 pan fried, 1/2 steamed. Get the cucumber salad for lots of garlic, chilli and freshness to break up the dumplings :) great value here!
The best and most authentic dumpling restaurant around. Love the pan fried dumplings and the special eggplant. Sometimes the owner will play his violin for the punters.
