Lovely place with delicious and very fresh food. Make sure you have time for a leisurely lunch though as the service is very slow.
$50 omakase with fresh fish, probably the best value for your $. Space to seat about 10 people at the bar with 2 sushi chefs. Truly a hidden gem.
some of the freshest sushi I've had that bests some other much more expensive options. they frequently also give you free sake if you're friendly :)

Their tonkotsu ramen taste consistently delicious! With their limited time kaedama (extra noodles) and their spicy sauce. Its such an amazing ramen. Their price includes tip so don't expect to tip.
Unique dining experience- an introvert’s heaven! Sit alone in a private pod and order from a scorecard. No interaction with anyone (probably the most privacy I’ve had in NYC outside my apartment).

Interesting DIY Japanese steakhouse. The Angus Beef was delicious with your choice of Garlic/Sweet Garlic Soy/Black Pepper sauces and variety of side dishes. I added a set of miso soup & rice to it.

Great deal for lunch! It's like a upscale version of cafe Zaiya. They allow you to mix two kinds of rice bowls in one. We had unatama, tempura, and yakiniku bowls. All were pretty decent.
