Midtown is a food desert. This is an oasis. Pork soup dumplings, spicy beef ramen, beef tripe, spicy tofu, all amazing.
The broth for the ramen soups are amazing! Definitely try the scallion pancakes.
Their tonkotsu ramen taste consistently delicious! With their limited time kaedama (extra noodles) and their spicy sauce. Its such an amazing ramen. Their price includes tip so don't expect to tip.

Great ramen, which you customize to your liking. I got the level 10 spicy which was for me a medium but did not overwhelm the other flavors. So good!

The Seiro soba noodles was refreshing and the Salmon Saikyo was marinated and grilled so well it literally melted in my mouth. The sashimi 3ten mori and katsu toju were good as well! Definitely worth!
Lunch specials are great! They have 3 different portions of soba - small, medium, and large for the same price. I got the medium and couldn't finish. Don't b greedy and waste food!

Try the braised pork belly app, gyoza, chicken meatball, harami and kalbi skewers, zaru tofu, and tapioca/frozen banana dessert.
Started with Kaisou Salad, excellent and fresh! Followed by the epic Gyoza! Crispy on the outside/tender on the inside. Was perfection! Loved the miso soup. Yakitori Don was awesome. Great experience
They have great menu options, including steak, fish and chicken. They also have a great French onion soup.
Scargot, steak tartare, french onion soup, tagliatelle ragu, beef bourguignon & creme brûlée were all excellent. Magnifique!

The outside of Donburiya is misleading! Inside lies a huge authentic Japanese restaurant with great lunch specials. Complimentary tea is served, and I recommend the spicy vegetable ramen.
