Best tour I think I've ever been on. Go on route A and see the city of Tokyo by bike for 6 hours. Very friendly staff and you get a cold beer at the end!
Route E was challenging and fun. Covers both local area and tourist spots. Lots of hills but you can always push your bike up like I did. Guides give a good explanation on the various destinations.
