使用する素材へのこだわりが凄く、化学調味料は一切不使用。煮干しは瀬戸内海の「伊吹いりこ」のみ。麺は北海道産「春よ恋」を軸に国産小麦を配合した自家製麺。チャーシューの豚肉は岩手県産「岩中ポークSPF豚」。味付け玉子は「那須御用卵」。ワンタンの海老は店主実家の魚屋から仕入れる天然海老。ネギは日本農業大賞を受賞した「那須の白美人ネギ」。海苔は愛知県知多半島産。メンマは乾燥状態から3日間かけて戻したもの。
特製にぼらぁ 1,050円。自家製の細ストレート麺。チャーシュー4枚(低温調理でレアに仕上げた岩中豚肩ロース・数日熟成の豚バラ・ロースト感のある豚モモ・自家製タレに漬け込んだ鶏もも)、絶妙な火入れの味玉半個、プリプリの海老肉ワンタン、海苔3枚、メンマ、ネギ、紫玉葱。しっかりと煮干の風味が出ていながら、苦味やえぐみは一切なく旨味のみを抽出されたスープ。客の殆どが丼を空にする。とんでもなく旨かった。

One of the best Italian in Tokyo. Very traditional Italian food and not over priced. Love their homemade pasta and this zucchini flower is Sth special. I didn't fine it anywhere else!

自家製ベーコンが、肉肉しいパティと相性よくとっても美味しいかったです。しっかりとした味付けでマスタードやケチャップは要りませんでした。平日11時半頃の来店でしたが直ぐに座れました。だけど食べ終わって出てきた時は近くのサラリーマンの方で行列が出来てました。オススメのベーコンチーズバーガーがサラダorポテトとドリンクつきで1650円でした。本格ハンバーガーのお店としてはまあまあのコスパでした。

Light, chewy, delicious yeast doughnuts - really good. A great place to sit in the window and watch the Omotesando street life. Skip the coffee though - it's not good.
Excellent, hidden wine bar. They make their own wine with Hiroshima grapes, 🍇 loved the sparkling red. Great homemade tapas and cheese from Okinawa.

Tried black IPA and ginger ale on tap. Both were great. Must visit spot for craft beer lovers.
Lots of interesting beers on tap but the cream ale is the clear winner. You can get a jug to share if you ask.
Really delicious homemade udon noodles. The tempera was also phenomenal. Very small place though, fits only 10 ppl but worth the wait! Very friendly staff that spoke Engrish!

Splendidly quaint restaurant (6 seats) with fantastic arrabiata tomato ramen and selection of homemade liquors. Recommend adding a variety of toppings like extra chicken and mozzarella.
Place is really small, quiet and cozy. Interesting mix of Japanese noodles and Italian flavors. Not for everyone but well-done and worth a try
