They just repaved the section between dodge and craycroft. So perfect for cycling.

Nice little city zoo. A childhood favorite. They have a train (tram) outside the entrance that runs through the park and a water play feature inside the zoo. Polar bears are my favorite.
Check out the Jaguars! They are absolutely amazing :) Also if you happen to stop by at the right time, make sure to feed the giraffes!
The animals are wonderful. Feeding giraffes is cool. Elephants are awesome. Food at the Zoofari Market is very kid-centric (at best).
This is a fantastic park. Drive, bike or walk your way around the 8 mile scenic loop or have a picnic @ either of the two picnic areas. $10 for a multi-day pass. Free on federal holidays.

Go to the Visitor's Center in Saguaro Nat'l Park West. Make time to watch the slide show. It's wonderful. Take the 10 minute drive and short hike to Signal Hill Petroglyphs!

This park has it all. Baseball fields, dog park, skatepark, playgrounds, running path, pool. The kids playground is next to the skatepark so your kids will learn new swear words.
Great park for walking. Dog park will be awesome! The pool is awesome but there are rocks on the bottom. Ouch! Have your kids wear hard soled swim shoes. Bring chairs too!!

The newly marked Gilbert Jimenez trail is 1 mile from the lower parking lot. Used by mountain bikers and walkers. Very beautiful, short hike. Dog friendly!
Pee before you leave, the bushes here are lacking coverage.

This park is fantastic! There was a Michael Jackson impersonator walking around the park. Awesome.
You can set up under the canopy to the left of bleachers. There is still room.

Find the thing on the menu that sounds weirdest. Order it. It's a fair bet that if it sounds utterly bizarre, it's insanely good.
