It's worth the wait (and only acceptable way) to sit at the kitchen/bar. Order the naughty bits: tongue, trotters, and hamachi jaw. Fried thighs and monk fish liver also amazing.

The Mero is a must, and the sashimi is fresh and delicious. But those mushrooms were so good I almost smoked a cigarette when I was done.
Everything here is delicious, especially the Ebi (shrimp), Hawaiian Walu and Japanese Tai Snapper with kinome.

The wait here is extremely long on the weekends, but the food is excellent! Try the lemonade fried white fish -- you won't regret it!

Ahi tuna (unmarinated) is fresh! Get the sriracha aioli, sweet shoyu, or wasabi shoyu for classic spicy mayo, soy sauce, or wasabi-soy sauce flavors. Seafood salad is too fishy and underseasoned.

The smoked BLT w/ avocado on everything bagel is spectacular. The smoked salmon salad (in the display window) is also super flavorful. Can't go wrong w/ lox, cream cheese, capers, & red onion.

Wow. Great restaurant and great service. The crispy spinach is flaky and melts in your mouth (I don't even like spinach). Entrees: lamb chops are tender, black cod melts and chicken tikka masala yum.
Must order : palak chat, black cod, & chicken tikka!
