Since using this place as a child now it looks even better and is a great place for people to sit and relax or play chess. But be warned high turist traffic bc of the cup cakes @ magnolia!

This gem is the place to go for boutique shopping. It's much less trafficked than 5th avenue. If you are staying in one of the nearby neighborhoods, it's worth a walk.
