"Leading the charge of the Peruvian cuisine revolution in London, a tad pricey but certainly worth the palate trip. Ceviche is a must, best with sea bass; offal fest if you like. Try the corn cake."

"Probably the best bowl of ramen I've had in London – though still room for improvement. The signature tonkotsu is what it should be: creamy, subtly meaty, topped with succulent pork and oozy egg."

"Bit of a no brainer this: the aviary temptress is always luring in passers-by, diners with spare stomach space and hardcore fans. Red velvet cakes, I swear on my sweet palates, some of the best."

"Pretty damn good burger – shame about the queue, but it's an indication of its popularity. Relatively small menu but spot on, with classics like fried pickles. Stellar cocktail menu."
