      Get a chair and get as far away from the fountain as possible. There are tables, too; after you clean off the pigeon muck, spread the study materials evenly and go to sleep in the middle of the city.

      The SAT / ACT section on the second floor is a pretty quiet place. The wooden chairs towards the back of the store are usually all full; a good place to harvest phone numbers, though.
