Italian Restaurant · North End · 61 tips and reviews
Anonymous, since 2018: Tried the pizza, which was indeed very good (the bread especially). Enjoyed the outdoor seating. The prices were on the higher side, even for the North End.
Paper / Office Supplies Store · 2 tips and reviews
Anonymous, since 2018: Great place to buy your bulk food (e.g. cereal) and related supplies (e.g. cooking utensils), for high savings versus nearby supermarkets.
Anonymous, since 2018: One of the three bike shops in Jamaica Plain. Good service for quick work otherwise need to book in advance or wait for days to weeks.
Anonymous, since 2018: Take your bike (or rent BlueBike) and go from Jamaica Plain all the way to Mass Ave, Newbury Street, Esplanade, and North End. Excellent!

American Restaurant · 20 tips and reviews
Anonymous, since 2018: One of very few (if not only) brunch restaurants with outdoor seating on center street (including Monday mornings). Menu options numerous and varied. Service helpful. Prices reasonable.
Anonymous, since 2018: Tacos, burritos, bowls, appetizers, and drinks (draft beers too)! The full Monty is available. Nice outdoor space. Relatively good prices given location.
Anonymous, since 2018: Probably the best part of the long sandy beach in South Boston because the sea is clean and relatively deep early on. Only negative is no immediate access to public transportation.
Anonymous, since 2018: Great stopover historical attraction in the Bangor radius. Definitely see both the fort and the observatory on the bridge (as well as the bridge itself). Plan for about 3-4 hours to see everything.
Anonymous, since 2018: Top-5 attraction. It was worth the price, tour guide was knowledgeable, and great panoramic views up top for photos. Can park next to city hall (20 dollars per day) and walk there (and elsewhere).
Art Museum · Downtown Portland · 30 tips and reviews
Anonymous, since 2018: This is the number one attraction (sorry observatory). Noteworthy is the current exposition of David Driskell. Of course the “Masters” collection (corner of 1st floor and 3rd floor) are amazing too.
Anonymous, since 2018: Surprisingly good Italian food (e.g. pizza). The shaded patio in front is especially welcome during the hot weather. Only negative is the relatively high price (note: 3.90 dollars for an espresso).
Anonymous, since 2018: There are many options for pizza and pasta (fully customizable) and also sit outside (cozy garden). The price/quality is very good (e.g. only 15 dollars for four portions of pasta with tomato sauce).
Seafood Restaurant · Downtown Portland · 6 tips and reviews
Anonymous, since 2018: Right on the sea (get a table on the seaside outdoor seating), great views, excellent quality food (lobster, but even the salad!) and paired beer or wine. Only slight negative was the high price…
Anonymous, since 2018: One of the few non-tourist traps of the North End. Prices reasonable and food/drink diverse. Indeed, cannolis good. Only problem is service, which is practically non-existent unfortunately.
Anonymous, since 2018: Tons of options from breakfast to dinner including vegan. Great outdoor space when weather permits. Negative is price which is on the expensive side and sizes which are on the smaller side.
Anonymous, since 2018: This eatery deserves a higher score! They have an outdoor space, diverse food (including vegan options), greats tastes (especially tacos), and can have half liter beer for 7 dollars.
Anonymous, since 2018: I have only had the pad Thai (both chicken/shrimp and vegan versions) and I have to admit that it is very tasty, relatively low-cost (especially the lunch option), and filling.
Anonymous, since 2018: Not an obvious place to get your coffee and bagel/sandwich (looks like a supermarket from the outside) but definitely worth the stop over!

Anonymous, since 2018: A lot of sports! Perhaps the most interesting part of this happening park is that it is right next to Logan airport but you don’t seem to notice.
