Frit' FlageyFriterie • Brussels, Belgium
Could this be the best frites place in Brussels...?
They screen many foreign films with subtitles (so no dubbing in German!) and the theatre and lobby are by far the prettiest in this part of the world!
Bier? Yes. But also an amazing selection of Kuchen (cakes) and they serve BIG pieces. Service is impeccable, coffee good: so much more than just a beer-heaven!
Good food with a home made feel and taste to it. Also wonderful to spend a rainy evening sipping red wine.
Season runs from April to October. The open air café serves vegan lunch and always has cake, coffee and drinks. If the sun is shining: go!
Even if you're not into arts & crafts or DIY I guarantee you'll end up buying something in this amazing store.
If you want to enjoy brunch, come early. They often run out of, well, everything. The food is very tasty so makes sense..!
Three floors and an eclectic vegan menu to choose from!
Beste restaurant van de stad. Beste bediening, beste wijnen, beste eten.
Watch the sun set on the river Maas while lounging in an empty hot tub.
About time this cute 'brugwachtershuisje' (bridge masters cabin) became open to the public! And with good coffee!
We had a very tasty three course meal. The chef could have been more creative with our "we prefer vegetarian but we do eat fish" request, as it was now only fish we got.
Depending on who is in the kitchen, some days they have THE best rühreier (scrambled eggs) in the whole of Berlin.
