The polenta was incredible.
Great glass of Cabernet and outdoor seating, not-so-great ceviche.
2 sausage platter - got the beer sausage and the vegan chipotle sausage and BOTH were SO good! Comes with some delish baked beans and a salad, too.
Super divey (which I love) and an extensive, good beer selection. But be warned - they only have beer and they only take cash.
One of the (if not THE) best reuben sandwiches I've ever had. Incredible beer selection as well in a pretty cool set up.
Huge spot, perfect for outdoor drinking. Kinda out of the way, but worth it. Has good beer selection, bar food, bocce and cornhole. Cash only.
As all are saying, the beer and atmosphere are great. Good food too... BBQ Shrimp was awesome (very spicy!), the croquettes were ok. Lots of fried chicken orders went out and looked yummy.
Just your standard pizza place. Good for late-night grub.
Omg the ceviche! We got the sampler and did the mixter, white tuna, and mussels. SO GOOD. Also did the zapallitos tapas and sangria which was great too. Sliders were so so. Overall fabulousness.
Considering the price, this place is amazing. Two pools, parking, mini-golf, decent gym, a bar with good (and not overly priced) drinks, great customer service, near the ferries... etc, etc.
Lovin the renovations. It's a MUCH smaller space but they've now got a decent beer list and food in a comfy spot with great bartenders. Good things.
Fantastic Margaritas - all are good (and strong)! Food is also pretty good.
The smoothies are the best I've had around here. The Park Slope savory crepe is also really good.
Need a table - standing room is narrow and in the way of everyone else. Food is decent bar food and they play a wide variety of sports which can make it a nice alternative to the usual sports bar.
Irish Nachos. Do it. (And yes you can still order them even tho they aren't listed in the menu!)
Not sure why I like this place so much. So many TVs. Food is OK (except for truffle fries, yum!) Bartenders can't do much more than pour beer and shots. But when my game is on, this where I wanna be.
Was expecting a bit more due to the high reviews - the food was definitely good, just wasn't great. We had the gnocchi, lamb nachos, and grilled avacado. Also seemed kinda fancy for a gastropub...
This place has it all and that's great. But the staff is sub-par. Or maybe I should say "hit or miss". Some have been incredibly helpful while others obviously don't want to help (or don't know how).
Decent selection of both wine and booze. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Regular wine tastings. Even open til 10pm on weeknights - kind of a big deal for Park Slope :P
It's a dive bar, but the greatest dive bar. Craft beer, free popcorn, savory pies for $6, wonderful staff that can still make a mean cocktail. It's my go to (and I'm here way too often).
