Carmen Sisson: Bed linens nasty and riddled with holes. Rude staff. Filthy room. Stay elsewhere.

Carmen Sisson: Nice place to watch the sun set.

Carmen Sisson: Nice little place beneath the Dog River Bridge to fish or have a picnic. Nice, long wharf, a pavilion, and an info board about the river. Busy on a summer afternoon.

Carmen Sisson: Located in direct airport flight path.

Carmen Sisson: Allows pets $25 per night fee.

Carmen Sisson: Bed bugs in 417. Orkin was called for bed bugs in nearby rooms, too. Management was very apologetic and refunded $. They stripped the bedding immediately and called pest control. Won't stay again tho.

Carmen Sisson: Swarm popped up a two for 99 cents ice cream blizzard special they're no longer honoring. Just an FYI.

Carmen Sisson: Night crew knows how to make a peanut buster parfait -- chocolate on top, bottom, AND in the middle. They'll also add peanut butter sauce if you ask for it, which is excellent.

Carmen Sisson: One of the few McDonald's that sell hot fudge sundaes after midnight.

Carmen Sisson: Ice cream machine wasn't working the night I was there.

Carmen Sisson: Free appetizer special not good on Wednesdays because of free pie Wednesday.

Carmen Sisson: The lemon cake shot is VERY good.

Carmen Sisson: Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole and country fried steak and gravy are to die for.

Carmen Sisson: German chocolate blizzard is excellent. Don't have them dip waffle cone in chocolate. Makes it chewy.

Carmen Sisson: Older hotel, not enough electrical outlets, and the few they have are two-pronged. No electrical outlet at desk. Everything dusty, musty, Old. I've stayed in better. Desk clerk was nice. New bedding.

Carmen Sisson: Worst service in the city. Drive-thru is a joke. Order at window - no menu - good luck if you don't know what they sell. 20 minute wait. Wait is the same inside. Good food, awful service.

Carmen Sisson: They only serve steak and potatoes, so if you want variety, don't come here. If you want a great steak, this is the place. They bring Air Force top brass here. That says a lot.

Carmen Sisson: Hours Tues-Sat 4-10.

Carmen Sisson: Pharmacy is always an over-crowded hassle. Cottage Hill Road is better.

Carmen Sisson: Newly renovated. Nicest Red Roof Inn I've ever stayed. Pet-friendly.

Carmen Sisson: The shrimp embrochette is OMG awesome.

Carmen Sisson: $30 a night, wi-fi $2.95 extra. Office staff isn't friendly, but it's clean, cheap, pet-friendly, and close to downtown and businesses. Will stay here again.

Carmen Sisson: If you prefer your coffee "blonde," ask for a large hazelnut "double cream, double sugar."

Carmen Sisson: The fish tacos are excellent, as are all four salsas. Parking is crazy, but it's worth it. Good, cheap, family-friendly with a casual, funky vibe. Don't be discouraged by long lines - they move fast.

Carmen Sisson: Wireless is $4.95 a day. If you go next door to Waffle House, you can pick up free wi-fi from McDonald's.

Carmen Sisson: You can get coffee and a pastry for $2, whereas coffee alone is $1.79.

Carmen Sisson: I've never actually seen this place open. Been sitting here 20 minutes. Sign says they are next door at the BBQ place.

Carmen Sisson: Sketchy people! Lots of men hanging around without shirts, with belts unfastened, looking um, ready for action. People drinking outside. Broken beer bottles. Clean inside - no smell! But sketchy.

Carmen Sisson: Takes forever. Expect to lose half the day. On the plus side, sliding pay scale and free or reduced drugs.

Carmen Sisson: M-F 9-6 Sat 9-5, Sun closed.
