It was a #kabab buffet with a Eat5 Pay4 offer provided you pay using an ICICI debit/credit card. Worth every minute of it. Worth every paisa :-) #Bonus: got to take photos w local Telugu hero Navdeep!
Best doctors presently doing duty here. Alas for the attending/accompanying persons, NO place to sit or stand. My frd undergoing surgery. His wife/parents sitting OUTSIDE! Relief w basement coffeeshop
Bought well known quality, Pulla Reddy 'kaju barfi' sweets pack for Rs500/-.
Web checkin 3hrs prior, via iPad- could choose my seats for us. Waiting time at Indigo checkin was 5min. Allowed 7.5 kg cabin, tho limit was 7kg. Thx. Overall hassle-free experience at airport.
Sitting and standing sections. Having 'strong' tea in the sitting section. INR 10/-. Strong Indian Chai as it should be!
Breakfast: Strongly recommended is 'Puri-Sabzi': three hot fluffy ballooned out puri's; OR, of course, the standard South Indian 'Idly-Vada'. A satisfying "Tea With Less Milk" rounds it up nicely :-)
Under the umbrella of a big flyover! Go slow, look in all directions- except up!. Driving down from Banjara Hills-Road No.1/2, get to famous Pulla Reddy Sweets, by going up the smaller ramp/flyover.
Had a plate of 3 poories, fresh flour, good taste; neither the puries nor the potatoes were oily - as I had feared. Had to eat standing downstairs as my train was due shortly.
There are four massive bridges which the eye can see at this area.
3 star hotel. Stay comfortable, very neat. Didn't eat, so can't say about the food. Centrally located, just inner to Lisse traffic junction < 5km fm Ernakulam South(also called Ernakulam Junction).
Rs.20 visitors' pass, valid for 4 hours! Cheap! But Visitor not allowed any bag or laptop.
Besides the spices, and flavored soaps, there are clean toilets, and tea drinking available too! Its near Irumbapalam post office.
Beautiful home.. though the very very narrow lane keeps you wondering if your vehicle can squeeze through! Crispin is the owner, who knows how to host very well, and his wife prepares the meals. Must.
AC Hall is upstairs! Quiet ambience, well patronised. Good South Indian food, breakfast, and 'meals' too: chapatti, nice rice payasam, pappad etc..
Toilets urinals not draining, smelly..ugh.
You have to go in more than a kilometre ftom the main gate.
As always, It is a pleaaure to land, at Hyderabad International Airport.
