Khao San aka Backpackers road, many nationalities, great place to socialize with people all over the world. Try out the street food(Pad thai egg and chicken for 50 Baht)

Been to Bangkok many times but this isnthe first time to be here. Lot's of fun and have a massage after the drinking. Try the Pad Thai on the street too. Cheap but delicious.

The only way to describe it is intergalactic. Don't be confused by all the conflicting opinions on forums. Definitely stay near here if you aren't boring. If you are boring stay in Sukhumvit.

After hearing many tales of debauchery, this road was surprisingly tame. Good nightlife and plenty of nice bars for a beer. Streets round here flood easily in tropical downpour - wear cheap flip flops

The infamous entertainment area in BKK. A partying-vibe complex popular among tourists aswell as the locals esp the young hipsters and art students. My fav place is the BRICK BAR and HIPPIE de BAR. ♥

Khao Sarn translates to milled rice and used to be a famous rice market. Nowadays, it has become a very popular backpacker street, with a variety of shopping, street food and bars.

"Khao San" translates as "milled rice", a reminder that in former times the street was a major Bangkok rice market. Nowadays, This road has developed into a world famous "Backpacker Ghetto." Enjoy!!!
