Only accessible by longtail boat. 100B from aonang beach. Worth it as it is a nicer beach than aonang's. Do visit Phra nang bay as well which is walkable via railay east. Lovely light during sunset.

Do not forget to rent a kayak and take a ride in the surroundings. The view is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Access by long tail boat (100 baht each way). Beach doesn't have much shade and is crowded in peak season if you're looking for tropical paradise!

Don’t over think this. No reservations going or returning to Ao Nang. Highly recommend starting at Phra Nang, taking the forest walkway to Railay Bay East, then returning to Railay proper for depart.

You can walk to Phra Nang Beach by taking the "Walking Street" to its end at Railay East; then turn right and follow the path to the very end. Or you can just rent a kayak.

This is a must-visit for rock climbing enthusiasts. The beach can get pretty packed, as it is a very well-known spot for outdoor pursuits. Go early to avoid crowds.

Be VERY careful as you wade in from the longtail if you come in at low tide. There are many sharp rocks and all of us cut our feet badly 😥 Easier to get on/off longtail boat in Railay East.

Nice place to chill and swim by the beach, not too crowded. Take a longtail boat from Ao Nang beach to get there.

Can beaches get any prettier? This is my happy place and where got engaged. Mostly families and couples. The few party backpackers usually were only there during the day.

If you truly want to experience Thailand and go a little bit off the beaten path away from the touristy resorts go to tonsai beach which lays directly next to railay!

Came with the long tail boat and entered the hotel through the beach. A bit tough with the luggage. But hey, this must be the most beautiful place on earth. Just a first impression.

Water and beach so beautiful. But DNP management need to restrict people and boats. More space allocated to boats then the swimming areas. a bit sad, this'll end up like Pattaya.

When you disembark, go to left side of the beach. In the right side, there are many rocks in th water. I even cut my feet on them.
