La Muralla, cruza a lo largo de 8,850 km cubriendo gran parte de China. Is made up of a number of interconnecting walls spanning China that different dynasties and warlords constructed over the years.

Mutianyu Wall stretches 2.5 kms w/ 22 watchtowers spaced between each end. Not part of the usual tourist route that includes the Badaling section so it's not as crowded.

As one of the single most iconic & recognizable structures in Asia, there are few bad times to visit the Great Wall of China. We do suggest fall, as the landscape is blanked with autumn colors!

You don't need to buy the 60rmb cable ticket. It'll take you 30 min to climb there and the most difficult hiking is actually up on the wall. Save some money on that and take the slide down instead.
