The sao bing youtiao here is the best I've tried so far. And the dou jiang is so so good. My fave has to be the dan bing as it was so soft and flavourful 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The definitive go-to for Taiwanese breakfast. The queue can be very long, but worth it. I recommend the sweet soy milk, fried doughnut-fritter, and egg pancake (add some chili sauce for a nice kick).
It's just amazing taste.
The soy milk is really good but be sure to go early! I went in the noon and there was nothing left but the milk and salted biscuit :( they close very early too.
Very busy but well worth the wait, very fast paced so come prepared.
The roasted flat bread and yutiao here are to die for.
Don't count your carbs! Get the shao bing (flatbread, thin or thick) with yuetiao (deep fried fritters) and sweetened soy milk. Pretty good combo! But be ready to queue; it starts from 1F.
Got there around 5:34 in the morning. There was already a long queue and waited for around 40 mins. So be prepared to wait. I ordered the thick shao bing with egg, tasted really good. A must try!

Hidden away on the second floor. Eat: hou shao bing (thick version) with youtiao/eggs or both. Dan bing (egg pancake) is also good topped with chili sauce. Wash it all down with soy milk.

A MUST visit spot for breakfast. Order one of everything! Soya bean milk is a requisite!
Personally the foldover can skip, but the youtiao and doujiang together is very nice. The salty doujiang feels like chawamushi, can try.
Soybean milk is with less water and more soybean than elsewhere. 厚餅夾蛋 is crispy outside and scallion egg inside is juicy and yummy. 蛋餅 is also soft and fresh.
Sweet soy milk with thin shao bing is the best breakfast combo here! Come early if you don't want to queue long =)
There's always a extremely long queue that waits along the building and up a flight of stairs, the food is okay~ a lot of people like this spot but I find the food to be too dry

The food is REALLY good.my first savoury soymilk so yum. However the owner is pissed and impatient
The salty beancurd was certainly a special flavor, but after eating near half bowl, feel sick abt the taste. The only thing that was not bad, shld be the egg crepe. To me, it's over-rated.

Queued 35 mins on a weekend. But other than the youtiao and soya bean, i think the rest are quite overrated. More like a tourist spot.
Be there extra early and still be prepared to queue up!
