Don't want coffee on a hot summer day? Their Arnold Palmer (ice tea and lemonade) drink is absolutely amazing and possibly the best I've ever had

Serves in-house and Square One coffee. The line can get a little cramped in the morning but don't let it deter you. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit in inside.

Check it: If you like the Peach Granola muffin, cut it in half from top to bottom and spread cream cheese on the flat middle. Delicious!!!

I love the coffee here. It's cheaper if you sit down and get it, and refills are $0.50. Also you can keep retyping in the wifi password, so there's essentially free WiFi here

The wet blanket with the comment 'worst coffee shop ever' couldn't be more wrong! Wifi is free and the coffee is the best this side of the Charles.

Saw a line and got in it like a lemming. Now that I have my order, I'm not sure why there's a line. No condensed milk option for Vietnamese coffee, which means it isn't Vietnamese coffee in my book.

Dogs aren't welcome anymore according to 'operations manager' Kelly. That's almost a couple of grand worth of yearly business from me that ops mgr Kelly cost you for one snooty power trip, sigh.

The lattes are decent but way too hot.The coffee making is very slow! There is always a long wait no matter the time of day, the number of customers, or the number of baristas.

Either have free wifi or don't have it at all. I mean, c'mon, it's 2016. Don't ask your customers to pay for wifi.

Back in 1369 and it feels like 1996 again. Not sure if it's a good thing. No free wifi could mean doing more work but I failed and paid.
