Drive near the coast is apsolutely gorgeous!!! Its 10$ entry, but its completely worth it! You get a map with main sites on the entry so its super easy to navigate.

Breath taking drive. All stops are amazing. $10 fee. Drive e around and see if there are any houses you can buy. Bring a Million or 2 or 3...

$10 entrance fee per car, but well worth the beautiful drive along the coast. A visitor's map of all the attractions is provided.

Beautiful but you can get great views for miles along the coast without having to pay $10. A good amount of the 17 miles is also just through wooded areas and not oceanside.

One of the most gorgeous coastline stretches. One side beach, the other cypress trees and greens. Bike it instead of driving, tho it's mad killer on the legs at the end.

One of the most breathtaking drives you'll ever make. Get out of your car and take LOTS of pictures! Favorites are the Lone Cypress and The Lodge at Pebble Beach.

Admittedly pretty, but I don't recommend it for anyone under 40 or who is in good shape. It's hiking for lazy people. Save the $10.25 and the 2 - 3 hours and head to ANY of the state parks in Big Sur!

We went during sunset and it was nice, but chilly! Nice views, but we didn't stop at every single one of the stops since everything starts to look the same after awhile. $10.25 entrance fee.

Definitely do it if you're in the area! Even if you're not going to stop at any of the vista points, it's still worth it. Bring your GoPro!

costs $10 to get in...you can stop at multiple places (use the map)...drive on the coast side is more interesting,it should ideally be called 9 mile drive...pebble beach lodge for restrooms n food...

21 spots to look out. Awesome view. Must visit on a clear day, as the color of the water is awesome. Awesome place for photography

Really, there is no need to. Most of the coastline is private property. You'll have just as good views driving along the rest of the coast!

Had a great time driving slowly and making stops along the way. Don't forget the Ghost tree, Bird rock and the bald cypress tree.

About 20 minutes to drive the whole thing without stops. Amazing views of the coast and ends with pebble beach. 10 dollars to drive thru

Must visit if you're in Monterey. $10 entrance fee but if you eat at the lodge, you can get a credit for it.

Spanish bay inn, China rock where you can see sea lion and the entire drive is gorgeous. Pebble beach is the finishing touch.

$9.95 to get in (knew that). Tourist trap. Similar to everything else along highway 1. Much better scenery in Monterey elsewhere without the crowds, which makes for better photos!
