7:30pm yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those of us who, you know, work.
New Zumba classes added! Wed at 6:30p and Sat at 11:15a, both with Marco. Good classes for beginners and easy to modify for those who want a bit more intensity!

Try yoga w/ Anne (especially if you've never done/liked yoga before) - she's awesome!!
Lisa's Saturday morning step class (10:15am) is fun and you get a great work out. Moves complexity is between Tim's and Carrie's class.
Tuesday night cycle class (6:30pm) is intense and fun; instructor is full of energy! Get there at least 35 minutes or so sign up for a bike.
Carrie's Wed. Night Step class (630pm) is fun! More complicated steps than Tim's class, but that's part of the fun.
Tim's Monday step class is great (6:30pm), but it's normally packed so you have to sign up on a list at the front desk. Get there at least 20 minutes before to secure your spot.
Try out Rihanna, Christine and Marisa's classes!! You'll be hooked :-) Oh and Kari's!!
