    Adam B. is a great personal trainer to work with! If you're new to this like I was, I recommend spending the extra money for personal training to get you on the right track! Very clean and nice staff.

    If you are looking to lose weight make sure to check your heart rate throughout your workout. You will never lose weight without elevating your heart rate.

    The crowd starts thinning about 9 pm. Also don't be intimidated by the full parking lot, that's mostly people taking classes in the studio.

    If you take your phone into the locker room, put the damn thing on vibrate/silent so it doesn't ring while you're working out!!!
