Take Mindy's spin class. She's one of the best instructors and, unlike some of the others, she actually stays on the bike the whole time.
Molly's yoga class on Wednesday nights is a great way to get some stretch and work up a light sweat at the same time. Great for yoga newbies!

I luv this gym ...its always clean and the equipment is always wrkin ...however, I wish there was somone who can clean the shower out after each person.
