The price of the path went up a quarter so hopefully u got ya ish right
Use the entrance at 30th and sixth if you're coming from the south, saves walking time and there's more open seats at that end of cars usually.

When the train comes in te platform, stand right behind the yellow line & pray that the train door stops right infront of you. Then push in and grab a seat! #TriedAndTestedMethods :-)
Watch for occasional JSQ trains on the center track and enter through the doors to beat the evening rush and get a seat.
The train isn't ready to leave until the departing signs are flashing. Plenty of time to walk towards the back and get a seat or better standing room.
If you're riding path train you have to be a foot ball or hockey player so you can have a seat:)
If you want a guaranteed seat, go to the Exit side of the train and enter before the doors open.
If you want a seat on a path train, walk to the very end of the platform and you'll have a better chance.
If you want a seat on the train, and it's busy, walk to the very end of the platform and you'll have a better chance.
Journal Square bound trains usually leave from the left platform; Hoboken bound from the right.
