Get the biggest: the Original 5 Napkin Burger - 10 oz. fresh ground beef, gruyere cheese, caramelized onions & rosemary aioli on a soft white roll. Don't forget to add bacon. Medium rare as always!
After reading all the tips and recommendations, my father got the original 5n burger and my brother and i shared the burger for 2. The toppings were good and our 2 sides were the Tuscan fries which we
Take a look up when seated and marvel at the MEAT hooks. Then treat yourself to either the Original 5N burger or the Bacon Cheddar burger and pair it with the Tuscan fries. Be warned-THE MEAT IS HUGE!
Hamburger is great...the real American experience...good Service...just how incredible is the tip system in USA...cocktails not the best...very small but tasty!!!
Just opened in spot vacated by legendary Ollie's, Chinese joint. Crowds are gathering. Fun place. Burgers aren't the best, but they;re good and the onion rings, french fries are super. Love the sushi.
Great food! Have had burgers, tuna burger, fish & chips, and lobster roll. All good! Another venue that hasn't claimed ownership on Foursquare. Places with employees as mayors take the fun out of it.
Watch out for crowds. The place is jammed with people from all over and there's usually a wait for a table. Reservations are limited to 30% of the house. So if you're tight for time, try French Roast.
Service was terrible tonight. Its usually good but multiple tables with the same waitress had trouble waiving her down for things like steak sauce and water. We bonded over being ignored.
There are three locations, each of which have a great atmosphere. Get the original burger which comes with carmelized onions and gruyere cheese and a side of the savory tuscan fries.
Appropriately named, you will go through many, many napkins trying to eat these juicy burgers. Order the Original or Bacon Cheddar. Consistently one of the better burgers in NYC.
Burgers are always amazing as well as the shakes. Outstanding veggie burger! For sushi, get the California Rainbow Roll. Always get a side of sweet potato fries.
Try the Original 5 Napkin Burger W/ Tuscan Fries - Perfect burger. The rosemary aioli did double duty- burger and the fries! (Fries need to be crisper, though.)
An unremarkable burger for an outrageous price. Recommend shack shack for twice the taste for half the price at 77 and columbus. Unami burger is similiar in price but 10x tastier
This time around the service and food were simply bad. The table was not properly set, missing salt, pepper, ketchup, silverware, etc. Have had a better experience at their 45th location.
The burgers are huge and the cheddar tots; crispy outside and super soft inside. I had the BBLT & Avocado Ranch burger. Love it!
Burgers are slightly more expensive than they should be in my opinion, but they are delicious! And it's NYC so price is almost a non-issue when deciding to dine out...
Forget the burgers, they're okay but there's WAY better. Instead go for the mac and cheese. Again, there's better, but for a burger joint it's pretty damn surprisingly good.
The burgers are just great, the drafted american beer are very interesting (for a czech beer lover). The cheese cake is warmly recommended
Got the Burger for 2 & regular fries with my honey. It was our first time & we loved it!!! We then took a walk to our favorite dessert place on 83rd, Cafe Lalo, for some tiramisu. Yummy night!
Came wth my family to celebrate my brothers birthday and of course cause we are black they sat us in the back by the bathroom smh and the white people that jst gt here wth no reservations gt the booth
I cant live without these guys they ALWAYS serve me late night after work type thing, The MATZO-BALL soup is Everything and they KNOW how to make a YUM drink!
Not the best burger in NY but pretty good. Get the avocado ranch or 5 napkin burger- skip the onion rings. Always go with fries.
Probably overrated (I'm waiting for my food now), but I'm def willing to give it a chance, although the meathook decor is a bit disturbing to be honest.
Love the veggie burger; but never worth the constant wait for a table. Besides, who goes to dinner at 6pm on a saturday (if you don't have kids)?
Great Avocado Ranch burger. Great flavour, bun held up well to the juices. Fries are passable, cheesy tots are a must!
Think this place is good? Try McDonalds down the road. How a burger can be hard and tasteless and still red on the inside is beyond me. 5N sauce is mayo and food color.
If you like veggies try the veggie burger...its made of beets and carrots and is delicious. Try with the 5N burger fixings.
If u order a burger, ask to swap out the regular fries for the Tuscan fries. They are thicker and have great parmesean seasoning.
Mushroom Blue Cheese Burger w/ sweet potato fries are my go to. Just tried the salted caramel shake....YUM!
Not to be confused with Five Guys, this has great beer and better burgers at a bigger price. Well worth it!
Skip the traditional burgers... the veggie burger w/ 5N sauce and the buffalo chicken sandwich are amazing!
Sadly did not live up to the original. If you are craving a good "five napkin burger," ditch this place and go to Nice Matin.
Love the classic 5 Napkin Burger and my boyfriend says it's the best veggie burger he's ever had!!
The lamb kofta burger is great with one of the ales but they don't offer the tuscan fries anymore.
Lindsey is the best waitress here. She was so nice and professional! Great attitude and super funny!
Great burger, inside out is my FAVORITE <3 drinks r good too!
Get there just by 12 and you'll catch a great table!! Oh!! And get the breakfast burger!!!
The lamb burger with Swiss cheese and Tuscan chips and a dark ale is the go for me tonight!
Late night happy hour at bar! $2 sliders, hand rolls, taquitos, $.50 wings AND $4 drafts ! 10-close. Pretty sweet.
Vegetarians are welcome, too. Order the Veggie, an original recipe made with their 5N sauce.
The original is amazing. Huge-- I ate it without the bun. Perfectly cooked at med rare.
Their 10 - 12 midnight happy hour rocks. $2 sliders/tuna rolls/salmon rolls = awesome deal :)
Five Napkin burger is the best. Get a side of the rosemary aioli for the fries!
They honor their 22:00 - midnight Happy Hour to the last minute. Nice when you're hungry at 23:54.
Solid burger joint. Happy hour every night from 10pm to closing at the bar.
Man, the original burger is pretty great, and the fried pastrami-wrapped pickles are pretty good.
DO NOT under any circumstances order the potato skins. Utter rip off for 6 minuscule bites at $7.75. WHAAAT????
