I haven't tried their coffee here but they do have soy milk since I had their soy chai tea latte which is amazing! Made with care. Great service and one of the best corners for coffee or tea in LES!

Staff were extremely friendly, space is very nice. Small, but if it gets too crowded, there's space downstairs, and just quiet enough for a meeting or to get some work done! (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

They remodeled the place a couple weeks ago and rebranded as Irving Farm coffee roasters because Irving bought 88 a while back. Prices went up on food 20-40% in general, but place and ppl still great.

Great coffeeshop for meeting up with friends or reading. Big windows. But no longer has wifi, and the "cozy downstairs area" is a pretty dark depressing dungeon with the kitchen next door.

Come for the Irving Farm iced coffee (w/ iced coffee cubes), stay for the Fleetwood Mac on the stereo. Bring a book—it's hard to find an outlet for your comp.

A great, mellow place to grab a coffee and a snack. Best for catching-up with someone or doing something small, like reading a book.

One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, an I consider myself a connoisseur. They also play a great selection of jazz in here.

The iced coffee is the best because the ice cubes are frozen coffee. Also, the salads are fresh and absolutely delicious.

They don't allow laptops after 5pm during weekdays and not on Saturdays because they get so busy. Just a heads up. Great place though!

Iced coffee with coffee ice cubes - not THE best ice coffee, but much more consistent over time compared regular cubes. Worth a try.
