    Was a disappointment after being highly recommended. The staff are rude and were shouting at me for taking a few photos. The coffee was less than average. The cream pie was very good though.

    Awesome Pastel de Nata but also a hotspot for Touris. Small place and because mentioned in every guide very crowded. But still one of the best places to try all kinds of typical dessert in Portugal

    It was 8h 15 in the morning, we went inside to ask if we could have a seat. They answered in portuguese in a very rude manner if we could not see that the door was closed :(👎🏻

    No miss coffee stop in Chiado. Normal food and a bit overpriced but it is mandatory to have a "bica" (small coffee) outside next to the statue of Fernando Pessoa :)

    Just sit, ask for a coffe and enjoy the city spirit ,very crowded , outside on the street there is always music or some people that play and give some shows .Take some pictures ;)

    Was sitting inside and was ignored completely. Lot a personnel, but no one paid attention to us. Left after 15 minutes without a feeling of being seen. They can't live up to their reputation. :-$

    Order at the bar if you go here, it's indeed cheaper. The waiters are arrogant and very unfriendly.. There are much nicer places nearby, move along if you don't want to be tourist-trapped..

    Fernando Pessoa used to come here. The coffee and the chocolate are really great, but the waiter was arrogant. Thus, I confirmed the fame of this place, both for the coffee and service.

    If you are going to just have a coffee or light snack in the cafe portion, realize that standing at the counter is cheaper than sitting, which is cheaper than sitting outside!

    Es el sitio típico de tomar café en Lisboa porque supuestamente Pessoa iba mucho. El cafe es normal tirando a bajo. No me devolvieron el cambio (10 céntimos de mierda), un detalle muy feo. No volveré.

    Muita gente não permite que os garçons atendam adequadamente. No balcão é mais rápido (e mais barato), porém a qualidade do café é ruim, um café Delta é mais gostoso.

    서비스 정말 구려요.. 여덟시에 연다고 써있어서 십분뒤에 들어갔는데 문 닫아놓은 거 안 보이냐고 하면서 쫓아냈어요 -_- 그래도 커피 앉아서 마셨는데 카운터에서 서서 마시는 게 더 싸요ㅠㅠ 커피토스트는 맛남.

    Já fui diversas vezes.Nos dias de movimento intenso, sentar nas mesas fora é demora certa pra ser atendido! Embaixo há o restaurante onde servem um belo bacalhau assado c batatas (20€).
