People tend to check in during these times:
The Abbey Road zebra crossing in north London - made famous after appearing on a Beatles album cover - has been given Grade II listed status. The Beatles were photographed on Abbey Road in Ian Macmillan's iconic cover shot for the 1969 album Abbey Road.
Don't forget to visit the store.
It is iconic and etc, but you can't take the dam photo because the street is extremely crowded with cars (i went there in a monday). But still is a nice place
Must-visit place in London 😇
Overcrowded, People don't care about car and Locals.
Neat to see but ridiculously busy intersection.
It's amazing! A must visit in London. Can't believe I crossed the same road as The Beatles 😱
Try to remember that this is still an actual road and don't hold up traffic when taking photos.
Hard to believe there's no police to make sure tourists don't get hit by cars.
There's literally nothing there but tourists. But oh well, you gotta go once in your life..
Is cool to see the street, the best view is from the little monument in front of the crossing. .
Londoners don't give a f*ck for tourists that are trying to take pictures 😒
Very lovely place 🏡 🎧🎼🎹 forever welcomed for tourists
Diagonally across is Abbey Road Studio. Guests are not allowed to be in the car park vicinity of the building. Appreciation on the outside, please. :(
Always busy with tourists
Watching the tourists posing on the crossing and the car drivers waiting for them to get out of their way is the best part of it.
REALLY busy road. Instead of taking the picture, you can pop a beer, sit on a wall and an take yor time laughing at angry drivers mad at tourists
Start with the most obvious - the scene of one of the most iconic album covers of all time and the title of the 11th Studio album from British pop icons, The Beatles.
Take a bit more time to get the perfect timing to have better background instead of full of cars or full of people and beware of the car and honk :)
It's worth paying the freelance photographer 5-pounds to get the perfect pic. Just make sure you respect the queue so everyone gets the chance to have their photo op free of accidental photo bombers!
Amazing how something so common can be turned into an iconic landmark. But walking across this zebra crossing does leave you with a sense of awe. If only I were around when the album photo was taken!
Pose quickly...angry drivers about.
The easiest way to get to Abbey Road is by taking a Jubilee Line train to St John's Wood Station on the London Underground system.
Look out for Japanese tourists doing the Genesis 'I can't dance' walk over crossing :) classic!
Get a picture fast, before cars run you over
Look both ways before you cross the road.
Walk this iconic street and crosswalk where the Beatles posed for their famous Abbey Road album cover. A must even if you’re not a Beatles fan!
It's a busy road these days! Hard to get a picture exactly like the cover, and please keep an eye open not to get run over by a car... But totally worth it!!!
Memories of Beatles.... Famous Abbey Road:)
Amazing experience I have here. Staying in the middle of the road while taking pics? And walking on the line even there are cars coming? And people staring and laughing? All fun!
i'm walking on legendary road :)
Attn tourists: This is a busy street. If you stand in the middle of it long enough, you *will* get hit by a car. Pay attention to the traffic instead of whomever is taking your photo.
Watch the crossing live via webcam @
Don't forget to visit Abbey Road studios.
Don't get run over!
Walk across barefoot. Do it. You might get some funny looks, but it's totally worth it.
Non c'è bisogno di descriverle...
Filma eu.... hahahha
