    Extremely poor service and the Emergency Room leaves a lot to be desired! Insufficient and inexperienced nurses just scurry about looking busy but doing nothing of importance! Wasted hours! Bah!!!

    Need good GRO service. Information Desk gives wring instructions. Dont know whats happenig just do as feels easy.. HoDs should look into this.

    Got a cheap land from govt and sucking our blood like Dhiraagu. our pockets are empty whle their account is full. Still no aasandha in the pharmacy or emergency.

    Aasandha new e-prescription makes patients die of boredom. Takes drs longer time to write diagnosis and limited meds to select from it. Currently meds free only at sto pharmacy, hav to buy most times

    The fact that the token system is soundless really makes the waiting far worse because you have to keep peering into the monitors for your number.

    Way better than IGMH. Easy to consult and good doctors. Much easier to do laboratory investigations here. Waiting time is much less.

    I wish they have Wi-Fi for free or at a charge, specially when one pays nearly $100 for a private deluxe room. So boring to watch the small screen TV.

    The doctors don't know how to treat the patient in emergency room. It's so annoying. The doctors have to listen to their patient.

    This is tourcher, they say in their slogan "caring for you, when you need it most" seems to me they should consider changing the word "caring" to "ignoring" :p ps: service sucks big time!

    The Emergency Room staff does not have an idea what Emergency means. They will ask you to take a token from OPD first no matter how much you are in pain

    For Amana Takaful IPD cardholders, you need to get the price from pharmacy before making the receipt at Reception Counter. Then take the receipt to pharmacy to get medicines

    No need to wait in a long queue for doctors consultation. To check token status, SMS your Memo # to 235. This will update you instantly. Pretty cool :)

    There is a girl with an angry face at the reception. Don't bother talking to her as she will not be of any help. I reached this conclusion after 3 meets with her.

    Horrible smell in the waiting area...needs good smell inside especially ven v have to wait here long hours
