People tend to check in during these times:
pet the sharks and sting rays!
Bring your own food! They have a cafe but the food is expensive and not very good
Pro tip: The Aquarium Cafe is crowded and expensive — eat at Bain's Deli next door instead. Make sure to get your hands stamped!
This is an awesome place! The touch tanks were fun for the kids. The exhibits were fantastic, and the place very clean.
Getting an annual pass is a good idea! Went 3 times so far with it and already saved money. It's great for kids (zone C is now a kids zone) and 4D spongebob movie is cute. I love the aquarium
Check out the turtles
Very kid friendly, lots of interactive exhibits and the window exhibits are eye level for toddlers. Arrive around 10, leave in time for nap.
This place was great! My 4 year old twin boys and 3 year old niece loved it. The highlights are the shark tank and all the areas where you get to pet things (sting rays, sharks, jelly fish and more).
Start in Zone D with the Hippos then work your way to Zone A. Don't miss feeding the Sting Rays....
a little bit far, we can think
There is a breastfeeding room! You don't have to nurse in the car beforehand!
Super expensive for what it is.
Do the 4D show-totally worth it!
Complete waste of time and a ridiculous amount of money, make the trip to Baltimore to see a real aquarium.
Not as long as it looks. But still pretty cool.
Fund raiser. For MS. Very well put together. Donations for national multiple sclerosis society.
Overpriced for the experience. Rude people and poor crowd control. Baltimore National Aquarium any day.
If you want to avoid crowds, come during the week. Unless its summertime, then it's ALWAYS crowded.
Ridiculously expensive... And the least impressive aquarium I've been to.
Had a great time here. Touched the sharks and stingrays . 4d movie was great.
Nice aquarium, often surly visitors with wild kids.
Sit and stare at the sharks in the big tank for awhile.
Did you know that you and your family can reserve a spot and snorkel in the shark tank? They don't advertise it but there are guided tours offered at the information desk.
Hippos like the far right corner . Many cute fotos.
Definitely check out the tropical fish section. The shark tunnel'great too.
Buy your tickets online. No printer no problem you can pick them up at will call!
Not a lot to do for the little ones. Wait until the kids are at least 4.
Nice aquarium but not worth the money
Everything except the food. Eat before or after you go.
Great kid area! Lots of areas to touch and play
Was OK. Not worth the high price tag and not really worth the 1.5hr drive
When I went I was with a camp and there must had been at least 10 camps there, so it was extremely crowded. The overall experience was pretty good.
Spring time? Go after 1 o'clock, after field trips go home.
Their website said to arrive after one o'clock because of school field trips....listen to them! It was so much nicer after hundreds of kids left.
Great lots of fun
Always a good time!:)
Arrive before 12:30pm or after 2pm if you want to avoid the crowds.
Hippos aren't there until April
Pack a lunch.
Do Zone D first — the shark tunnel gets more crowded as the day goes on!
Nice decorations around the holidays!
Open daily 10-5, but plan to get here before 11:30 to avoid long lines for tickets
One of just a few places open on the Christmas day (11am-3pm). And they they have a Scuba Santa!
Always a good time!😊❤️❤️
