Milan Malpensa is the intercontinental airport of Milan and the main hub of northern Italy. Visit www.milanomalpensa-airport.com
This is a very bad airport if you have a long layover. No place to rest and the food is really bad. Free wifi helps, but overall one of the worst airports I've been to.
Shopping has many opportunities.
Star Alliance Gold can use the Luthansa Lounge. VAT Refunds...if carrying on new purchases, go to the refund desk after you pass through security. There is no line!
Arrive early to process tax free. Ridiculous lines, especially Global Blue .
If you want cash tax refund (carry-on), get the stamp and cash before you go in. Lines are long, but once you pass passport control, there's only credit card refund.
best euro airport 2015. sprite €3.2.
Bad English signage, unattended transfer desks, clueless staff. How not to run an airport.
To avoid the long queue, you can go to tax refund counter after check-in and security check if it is in the hand carry luggage.
Info is available almost at any point, staff is ok
Terminal 2, primarily used for Easyjet, is getting better every year. Make sure you come on time, security can take long
Thans to high speed free wifi. Free shop is pretty big. Find to gates very easy.
Very big airport
Heading to KIX
Airport just got some mostly cosmetic revamping which translates into additional time to gate area.
If your flight starts at one of B-gates, do eat/drink/shop before passport control!!! It is a desert behind the control point, only stupid vending machine with terrible snacks :(
Go to Sala Montale if youre early for your flight, Its very convenient and nice. Have a safe trip.
When arrive at terminal 1 I wasn't able to get to the Vodafone store.... Needed to wait until got to Milan
Tax Refunding need an hour at least !! Hurry Up ~~
Not many food options within the terminal.
Here I am the beautiful & attractive of Milan
Wifi - horribly slow, troubles to connect. Smoking "box" near gate A1
Great airport if you're flying into JFK. Not as hectic as the other Milan airport or Rome.
Spacious clean airport. Luggage wait can take up to 20 minutes. The quickest way to get to Milan is Malpensa Express (tickets €12).
Pretty big airport. Well organized. Clean. Miss free WiFi. Large shopping area after registration.
Can you imagine they've got free wifi 😍😍 thank you malpensa airport.
Terminal 2 osceno
Love it ! Nice shops is under reconstruction
Best way to get here is by taking the Malpensa Express from Cardona station.
Queues are veeeeery sloooow. Free wifi to "enjoy" the queues.
You have to wait forever for luggage 😳
If you want to refund taxes, try to come as early as you can.
Free ViaMilano Wifi is a good idea 👍
It is very quite you can finish your check in/out very quickly
Great WiFi, wine and people. Big airport too.
Big AirPort. Be careful about your transfer. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
Hub della Easy Jet. Terminal 2 👎
Needs lounges renovation asap
Easy to navigate. Passport checks were inefficient and under resourced.
Worst AirPort...could be better than Rome...
idiot, who works at customs on tax free, takes a break ahead of time, and people don't have time stamped check😡😡😡
Wifi is NOT working.
Very very very puzzling airport. Hard to find anything here. Signs are very vague and misleading.
You'd think that with the EXPO about to happen Milan would renovate its shitty airport with it's lack of electricity ports and total crap free internet.
Great prices in Bottega Veneta
Big airport, a lot of shops
You can get to the Central railway station by bus from terminal 2.By train from terminal 1)
champagne is the best way to start a journey @ Emirates business lounge
