Near gate G7 they have a charging and relaxation area with these fabulous recliners! Set your alarm!
Slow process here. Tax free, scan security. Manage your time well if don't wanna miss flight. Tips, get boarding pass b4 goint to custom booth to get stamp for tax free. Then able to go get refund.
Quick and efficient passport control 👍🏻
If you're taking the express train to the city, stay away from the shady ladies in the ticket booths: head straight for the machines.
The hot chocolate ( cioccolata calda) at il forno is the best!!!
If you have a 3 hour layover, you can make it to the coloseum by metro
Incredible the number of shops in this huge airport. Almost all the international brands are present; Most of them are not duty-free though.
Wery chepper food than Madrid airport
Very uncomfortable AviaLounge
Nothing good here. Terminal G is a soulless modern affair with very poor food quality & beverage offerings.
This is a vile airport that would be best rebuilt entirely. Particularly avoid using this airport to fly / transit elsewhere in Italy - you will travel on three to four busses - expect long delays!
I like the Duty Free choices, but their terminals need more seats 😒
About 30 euro official taxi to the city centre
Power outlet in front of Exit 5 of T1
Despite far from the city center, you can charge your phone and there is a good WIFI for free connection
No wifi working, not clean, not enough seats, no places to recharge cell phones or any others places reserved to people with handicap.
Keep it 300.
No easy connectivity to the city through public transport. You are better off taking a taxi.
This one just might be one of the airports with the worst organization in the world, seriously.
Very messy and crowded. Free unlimited WiFi and lots of charging stations.
Terrible airport! Going back home I felt like I was coming from somewhere in deep Africa - not from a European capital.
Limited free wifi access. Cheap flights. Be sure to eat prior to going thru security, as only vend machines are beyond the checkpoint.
Fluidity is poor, immigration is slow.
Never ever.......the crapest airport ever!!!!!😭😭😡😡
Make sure you figure out which terminal you're traveling from because your taxi might end up dropping you at the wrong one!
The NAME of this airport❤️ Leonardo da vinci 👌 i love how Italians appreciate ART 😍😍😍
Big airport, I like it. There's even a smoking lounge.
Roma is very historical and dirty! Fiumicino Airport also same same:)
The Aperol Spritz in the boarding area is a bona fide bargain at 5 Euros and, since they are served without ice (but still cold) more of it than at any bar we drank at in Rome.
Depending on what part of the airport you're at and/or where you're going/location of your gate, this place can be stressful or possibly quite calm. Try to be chill and your experience might be too.
Not bad.. It's not a high class luxurious airport such as the Dubai Airport.. But what the heck.. As soon as you're out of the doors you're in heaven!
Transit to Barcelona ~
This place us really full !!!
If you can avoid this airport, you should. If you cant, prepare for long wait in a disorganised queue for secuirty check, confusing signs to terminals and gates. Otherwise- avoid this airport.
It's probably one of the most inefficient airports I've ever been too.
arrive very early. This airport is a hot mess.
Unbelievable an international airport without organization and personal 5:30 and counting
Looks old and smells bad in some parts.
Uber to Rome costs 50 euro.
Worst airport ever, they don't announce gate until minutes before boarding. And it is busy, hot, and filled with a ton of rude people. Avoid if at all possible.
Car rentals are on the second flour- you must take a lift and cross the bridge. No other way...
Bags take forever at baggage claim. We've been here for over an hour
Terrible airport to connect in. Staff aren't helpful at all but the shops make up for a lot. Plenty to choose from
Passengers flying directly to the U.S. must process through terminal 5 and then take a shuttle bus to the gates. It is a little confusing as lines forms however the process moves fairly quickly.
Terminal 3 is small but efficient. Passport control goes smoothly and there are signs to guide you to the baggage carousel. Information posted at carousel provides estimate time of baggage arrival.
Don't think when landing early you will leave early! Takes half a hour to get you luggage! If you are lucky
Always remember 2 rules: 1.Never fly #Alitalia 2.Always remember rule #1
One of the worst airport in the world. They change the flight gate and wrote on the board" canceled" rude staff.
Go to Il Forno. Great croissants. Fresh, light, crispy, creamy. But don't stay too long: There aren't flight announcements.
This place can be a nightmare at times. Very chaotic and crowded, but good food and shops!
