Very accommodating whilst my ankle was injured. I was wheeled door to door and everyone was great. Hopefully I will see Rome properly one day soon

Poorly organized, little to no board information. Only one elevator on the far right (next to arrival hall) to get up to the departure level. Spent days walking inside. Disastrous.

Crowded airport, with finally new toilets, however the smell is unbearable Often you'll find cleaning staff hiding in the toilets having lengthy conversation over the phone, no wonder toilets do smell

Beware of the stubborn unofficial taxi drivers at the entrance! Even with the official taxis, some try to add unofficial supplements, so be very suspicious and ready to call the taxi centre!

Big and comfortable airport, very busy, but all control is fast. Not too big choice for duty free

They need to update a bit of the airport as far as the charging stations and have a bit more lounging areas. Also they don't have enough gates so the planes have to be boarded with buses

Love their lounge chairs, really comfortable. Of course, if you can't find a free one, you can always use your carry on :) comfortable as well.

The baggage reclaim took more than one hour. The baggage came from 4 or 5 flights where mixed together, so it became way to crowded by the baggage belt.

Free WiFi available through the airport. Still not good enough to compensate the fact this is the most chaotic airport ever.

Airport is very big and crowded. Freeshops are good and you can find various things. Go at least 2 hours before the flight, there are too many lines to pass. There is train connection to city center.

Transit flight passengers have to pass an extra security checkpoint - WTF?!! They ripped my duty free bag open (!!) 25 min before my flight - WHY?! Worst airport for transit flights ever!
  • Thibault M.
The gates are fine but the check-in is horrible. Staff friendly. Free high speed wifi.

Baggage claim area has a coffee bar, either really Italian... or, just a sign you'll be waiting for a while.
  • Max J.
    very comfortable and modern airport!

If you like losing your luggage, and you are flying Alitalia, this is is the place for you.
  • Emily B.
Prepare to spend time looking for your flight, check in online if you can because those lines are the longest, even baggage check is long..
  • Emily B.
The airport is a little confusing when attempting to find your airport for check in. People are friendly and the food is not that great
  • Christian B.
Security lane is a bit chaotic, but traveling to the city is quite easy and comfortable with the Leonardo Express

This place has the best and worst security. Snipers up above. Checked out passport no less than 3 times. And, all the lines took almost 3 hours to get through. Safe comes at the cost of VERY slow.

Give yourself lots of time cause the security here is the worst I've ever encountered! Basically have to be naked going through the metal detector.
