Probably my favorite ramen place ever. I love the light broth with a hint of Yuzu. The charcoal seared char siu before putting it into the bowl makes it an unique kind of deliciousness. Recommended!<3
Delicate hot broth is made with chicken, fish and konbu, the noodles are light and are served with half an ajitama egg, freshly grilled chāshū pork and a yuzu peel garnish. http://jtim.es/Y0ZJi
yuzu tsuyu tsukemen (¥1060) is very good. refreshing unlike most ramen. noodles are chewy and firm. casual atmosphere with good music. ask for soup-mari— hot water for the broth to make it soup.
3 words: Shio Yuzu Ramen. Mindblowingly delicious and unique. Umami-rich chicken broth base combined with a herbaceous, citrus note from the Yuzu is married flawlessly with thin Hakata-style noodles.
The stand out is the salt-based chicken and bonito stock ramen made with the Japanese citrus Yuzu. The servings aren't enormous, so try one of the excellent sides and the dark Asahi beer on offer.
What I got impressed the most was 'Chashoo' in here. Chashoo is piece of pork, usually boiled. But this Chashoo was grilled. 이 집의 차슈 특징은 삶은게 아니고 그 그 자리에서 바로 구운 겁니다
Taste is great and food serve is super fast but due to that speed they lose basic hygienes, use hand to put toppings, not cleaned up table when seated, etc, roppongi store was better in that way
Awesome ramen. Great because you order and pay when you walk in through a machine. The spicy yuzu ramen was amazing.
Open kitchen really fun to watch and SUPER delicious spicy ramen. Get the side of pork too. Prepare to wait in line.
Ideal for lunch ramen. Light and citrus broth. First time ordering at the machine :) 4th Ramen on my 15 Ramen challenge check the other reviews!
Delicious ramen, I chose #8 on the button menu. I recommend to order a side dish as well to really fill you up. Ask for English menu.
Great Ramen. No English menu and all the pictures looked pretty much the same, so I went with the option marked "no 1" and wasn't disappointed.
Great yuzu ramen, with a slice of pork grilled on a barbecue before serving. Opened until 4, great for a late night treat.
Great Yuzu ramen, light chicken based soup! Order from the vending machine and enjoy!
This place is glorious. No tips necessary. Just get their yuzu shio ramen with extra nori and chashu. My god man!!!
Fantastic ramen; just a little place but don't be deceived -- food is awesome. Great broth, charcoal-grilled pork.
Yuzu ramen, with fatty broth (second left button from the top). Don't forget the extra cha-shu.
Standard pork ramen (soy and salt base are both great!)
Delicious Ramen in a trendy atmosphere. Service very quick after you ordered via the machine
The cold dipping ramen is better than the more traditional offerings!
Yuzu shio ramen is a specialty, and the pork is grilled to order.
Ask for extra soup, or oyuwari, to finish off your tsuki mein sauce like a local.
Other than the ramen, the pork bowl is awesomely delicious too :p
The yuzu shio ramen is unlike anything I've had. Delicious!
Go for the spicy option which was not too spicy at all.
Ramen here is amazing. Yes it's a chain, but it's cheap, fast, and awesome.
Yuzu shio is the way to go. Tsukemen if that's your style.
Trendy, famous ramen and tsukemen place. Tourist haven.
Tasty ramen and great service. They have an English menu.
Spicy Yuzu Tsukemen is actually better than the yuzu ramen
Yuzu shio ramen... Though you should try the same thing as a tsukemen!
Cold tsukumen is (imo) better than the yuzu shio.
The most flavorful ramen I've ever had. 😻
Yuzu Shio Ramen is refreshingly good
Must try! Very delicious and special .
The cold yuzu tsukemen is LIFE. CHANGING.
Currently have a vegan ramen.
Really delicious yuzu tsukemen.
Yuzu shio ramen is great!
