Tacos are great. Chorizo in particular
Great tacos! Fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back.
Amazing food! Great prices! Friendly staff!
I'm not sure how something this delicious can be so healthy but it is.
I food was tasty but the prices are high for the serving sizes. Prices in Chelsea and East Boston are about half the price but maybe I shouldn't be surprised that they're higher in Somerville.
Not sure how consistent the hours are. I came at the 11am opening & waited until 11:10am but the place was dark & there didn't appear to be anyone present in the kitchen or anywhere on the restaurant.
They do Saturday breakfast here...it's delicious and they just started doing it so nobody knows about it yet and you won't have to wait
Best homemade Mexican food and friendly staff!
Live in the neighborhood? Check out:
Closed everyday between 3pm-4pm.
Live music added Thursday nights. Sometimes karaoke too!
Name change didn't ruin the al pastor burrito. Watch out for cilantro if you're not a lover.
Yummy & cheap, eat here.
Don't let the name change fool you, it's the same Tacos Lupita.
Don't expect to get what you asked for in your burrito. Lots of extra stuff I didn't ask for ruined my dinner.
Come here for the homemade corn tortillas and best tacos in the Boston area.
Have to get the pupusas, cheese or pork stuffed in a corn meal pancake, a salvadoran treat
Try their soups (only available on the weekends!)
Best quesadillas in town! try the al pastor ones.
The burritos and tacos here are amazing. Homemade style Salvadorian and Mexican, not factory Mexican like Anna's or Boca Grande. Careful though, it's cash only... but everything is very cheap.
Slowest service ever, unless you're Hispanic.
Must try the tongue (lengua) taco; very moist.
Al pastor quesadilla and a horchata
grab a tall coke in a glass bottle. only way to drink it.
Go early on a Saturday. The only day they make Sopa de Res. a soup made with meaty beef bones, corn on the cob, onions, cilantro, potatos, zucchini and carrots.
Try a mulita at Tacos Lupita. it's similar to a quesadilla, but thin white corn cakes that are nothing like the average tortilla.
