I love both the Four Seasons AND the Mambo Mambo Chicken. The Love Boat is a great appetizer. And the soups are great. Also the fresh spring rolls are wonderful.

Service is always good! Atmosphere is wonderful! But the icing on the cake is the Amarin Crater- pineapple fried rice served in an actual pineapple.

Get their CPK Volcano. It's chicken and spinach in a green curry, but they put it in tin-foil shaped like a chicken, and then light it on fire! So delicious!
