People tend to check in during these times:
The center has a suspended track, rock-climbing wall, cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, weight rooms, aerobic and martial-arts studios and basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts
Get a fit pass! The KU Fit classes are great.

Check the sign to see which way the track is going before you start running. :)
Avoid coming here right after winter break. It gets really busy but once its march, all the new years resolution people are gone by then

Come down to room 1 to find the outdoor pursuits office. They run the rock wall, but they also have great deals on camping supplies like canoes, tents, sleeping bags, grills and coolers.
If its peak time on Monday, and you're lifting chest, prepare for a long wait.
