I had no idea it was a leather seat w/ full recline theater. Well worth the $14.99 which is what the theater movies go for on demand. This recline was better than my couch and has better popcorn.
Brand new comfy recliners
Recently renovated theater with big leather reclining seats
I thought this theater was one of the worst in the city but with the new renovations it has reclining seats! So it's getting much better.
In the process of remodeling. All seats here are the new recliners. So good.
This movie theater will soon Getting a reclining seats
What a dump! They need a renovation ASAP
It does the job.
Gets really packed on weekends. Also weird arrangement in the men's bathroom: urinal in front of a cubical door. Awk.
AMC Loew's Village 7 is renovating its theaters, while keeping some of them open as they are redone. Reclining leather seats and a new marquee are said to be coming.
Average theater nothing great nor terrible about it.
The worst!! When to see mad max in the middle of the day. No one was at the ticket window. The woman was talking to her co worker at the popcorn stand for ten mins . Didn't sale me a ticket. Sucks!
No frills, but not bad
Last resort theater for stuff not showing, or sold out, anywhere else.
Prefer this one over Regal USQ for those blockbuster you just have to see
Each seat has it's own unique reclining angle and seat padding thickness, so test out different spots before the movie starts.
Go see a matinee then dance it up next door at Webster Hall
Pretty average movie theater out in the corner. Typical chain stuff, ads before trailers, etc. I like the layout, amount of escalators in here
Might spot JSex here — it's his favorite movie theater!
Old and tired seats. The seating layout is not stadium-style so if you're short, you'll get heads blocking your vision.
This is a smaller theater, and not as maintained, as the large theater down the street in union square. Usually they play different movies.
Kinda dirty... Would recommend trying a different theater first
This theater sucks! As soon as we walked in the two employees yelled out, "tickets" as if we were just going to walk right in. Unprofessional! The lady seemed annoyed for whatever reason. Trash!!!
Great for catching the movies in a intimate setting
I hear the "suicide icey" is the pro-move but the white icey tastes like socks IMHO.
Not the best cinema
Pretty beat up theatre with small screens and crummy, worn out seats.
Kitty the ticket-taker is 79 and a bawse. Take a minute to talk with her and get some wisdom.
Dirty and need to be renovation but I love going to the movie there with my girlfriend
Grab tickets or watch Tribeca Film Festival screenings here, April 16-27!
Fall asleep as usual:(
Has the potential to be a great theater, but in its current state its nowhere near acceptable for a movie theater in 2013/2014.
Terrible, terrible, terrible theater.
Seats are tight and super uncomfortable! Everyone is packed in like sardines!
Wow what a dump this theater is now...time to upgrade
Come for the escalators, stay till you reach the top - this is a tall ass movie theater!!!
Guy at the front charged me the wrong price on my ticket. Did not honor the military discount like it says on the window. He also gave my friend someone else's receipt.
Show up an hour before the movie to get refreshments... seriously! Saturday night, 30 people in line and there are only 2 people working! Wtf Loews?
My movie pass didn't work here and I lucked out having a free AMC pass on me - beware
Very slow staff...
Crappy run down theatre. You're better off walking a few extra blocks and go to the one at Union Square
Saturday night, 9:30: only one concession stand is open with only one cashier. One of the many reasons to avoid this theatre.
Built on the site of the former Dept. of Public Charities bldg-where, in 1902, Ernest Coulter helped org. the 1st NY Children’s Court. 2 yrs later, he founded Big Brothers to help boys he saw in court
Clean and Nice theater. Not a bad selection. Sometimes there's no one at the box office though
not a bad theater. pretty clean but some of the staff are rude.
Theater 6 wasn't great. Crappy old & busted seats, messed up screen with a bright spot in the middle of the screen.
Literally the shittiest theater ever - old seats, bad layout, no machines to print tickets so everyone waits in line whether or not you preordered
Seats are absurdly tight, bathroom is filthy, and the theater is littered with garbage.
