At The Andy Warhol Museum, Warhol’s film and video work is presented on a daily basis within the context of his other art both in the museum theater and in the galleries.
Lay on the floor in the Silver Clouds room and watch them float over you.
Definitely go, see every floor and keep your mind open.
The largest museum dedicated to a single artist, this funky museum shows a variety of works from throughout Warhol's career. It's also a great concert venue.
Andy Warhol is a genius and this museum is a must-see!
The silver cloud exhibit is awesome! A must see!
Check out the old-school photo booth in the basement. Worth the $3.

Love the silver clouds room! Definitely made my day.
Make sure to visit the photobooth in the basement!
Be sure and ask for Pittsburgh's own @CliqueVodka at the bar!
To be honest, I was a tad disappointed. They have a fab permanent collection. But you're probably expecting more of his work than you're likely to get on display.
Take acid and come here!
After seeing the exhibits, take the T to Smith Road station and see Warhol's grave at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery (1066 Connor Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102).
Don't forget to check out the art lab in the lower level! Free/Cheap screenprints! Play in the silver clouds, do the screen test in the silver room. Also, 3$ photobooth in the basement (5 min prints)
Silver Clouds! ^_^

The hometown of Andy Warhol brings one of the most intriguing and visually stimulating museums in the country. Don't forget to lay down in the bubble room!- Jonathan, Marketing Coordinator
The Heroes and Villains exhibit is awesome!
Go into a room or exhibit where a security guard is right outside. Stand in one place and notice how many times they walk back and forth trying to catch you doing something wrong... Hilarious!!!
Hit the Silver Clouds room for some r & r! Then head over to MCG Jazz, another charm in the North Side Charm Bracelet!
The "Silver Clouds" room is also pretty fun, but just be gentle w/ them and don't kick b/c the guards won't be happy.
Come out on Fridays after 5-10pm, admission is half off :)
Beware of the fun police on the fourth floor!
great museum down town and near the ball fields! Definitely worth checking out!
All the good exhibits are on loan to Baltimore!
The new Marilyn exhibit is amazing! Highly, highly recommend stopping by! Spent hours there and want to go back -- the Andy films are captivating and underrated!
Friday night happy hour has awesome cheese. #justsayin
Great collection and make me think again about Andy Warhol.
Twisted Pair is an excellent exhibit - be sure see Duchamp's Corkscrew.
Im 5050 on this place. Some pieces were just amazing, some made no sense even with an open mind. Paint whipped at a canvas w/ no rhyme or reason isnt art to me, anyone can do that. Very nice place tho
waste of time. just, don't bother.
A quality museum and the indie films are great to take in. Make sure you check the sked to see what's playing and when.
A great experience of all of Warhol's life and work.
Home to 7 floors of drawings, videos, self-portraits, & more dating back to Warhol’s student days. An archive of ephemera dedicated to documenting the life of the city’s beloved son adds to the fun.
There are great videos on the top floor- probably 30 or so in a room to the right- allow at least an hour for just those.
$10 per person with student ID :)
Amazing! Check out the remodel in the lobby and the new and improved gift shop.

I think Andy had a animal fetish 👌but the stuffed dog was sexy
They remodeled! New giftshop is amazing and a must. So many cool things (warhol tees, costumes, decor, and even sneakers)!
I always go past it on my way to work.
