The Biscuits & Gravy is amazing! Also try the Kale salad, Marinated Tofu Sandwich and the Wee Dragon.
Juice is so good I think they just started taking credit cards too $$$$$
Peach crumble was amazing, I polished it off like a champion
Tasty, good portion salad! The seasoning is perfect
I go for the Dragon Bowl with sesame dressing. This is my go-to order here. It's also the dish with which Angelica Kitchen began. This is my favorite vegetarian/macrobiotic spot in Manhattan.
Excellent Vegan and Vegetarian options. My favorites are the MU 16 tea and the cornbread.
The "tart shaped box" special was amazing.
Try the curried cashew spread. So fresh and delicious! Great and varied options here. Nice spot!
Get your upscale vegetarian food here. The daily specials seem to be consistently worthwhile.
The dashi noodle is excellent as well Curry Cashew dip with veggies. Grab some brittle before you leave!
the avocado & kimchee salad is a little too salty
Loved the dragon bowl with cornbread and tahini miso spread on the side (the dragon bargain). It's a lot of food, definitely enough for two.
Ole man seitan is yum!
Warm welcoming zen dinning place. Tasty vegan food. Cash only.
Love this place
Olé Man Seitan is a hearty delicious meal. A little spicy but that's what makes it so good!
Lots of raw options.
Nothing special. Dragon roll is a disappointment, just a bunch of baked vegetables/black beans/sticked rice. Se Si salad was better, but I recommend to choose Beyond Sushi or any other place.
Be sure to read the daily quote board!
The burrito thingy is delish and it doesn't feel "too" vegetarian
Plates can be heavy. Check the daily specials, they have an option with a small soup or salad.
Get the brittle to go
NO LONGER BYOB / Corkage is $15
One of the 10 best vegetarian restaurants in New York according to Gothamist and CBS New York
Not sure why they call it the wee dragon bowl, it can definitely be a full entree. Cashew spread seemed a little small though. I'm not really sure how vegetarian food works.
The dashi is legit!
Ole man seitan
Dragon bowl with tempeh was huge. Wee might have been better choice. Very tasty!
I probably had the best meal of my life here. Walnut pate, and lasagna Tuesday! And get the brittle
"Reservations are a no-go, so sneak in before the crowd, especially on Lasagna Tuesdays, for the famed vegan lasagna with tofu ricotta and seasonal veggies."
Is not a place for people that like food and the taste of it!
Dragon bowl! With tofu, beans, rice, squash, kale and seaweed. Definitely get the half size, it's more than enough.
Pass on the Norimaki (sushi) but their other specials (esp. the polenta) were so good!
It was kind of awkward. The waiter sat down to eat at the table next to us and then didn't check to see of we needed anything for the rest of our meal. Not the service I was expecting for the quality.
Lasagne is divine, even for a mediterranean meat eater!
With gluten free ingredients, the Three Bean Chili gives a healthier twist to the hearty beans absorbed in a sweet tomato and chili blend. Its soft Southern cornbread is the right savory compliment.
Impressed with every dish I've tried. I'm lactose intolerant so I love a place that can make tofu taste like sour cream. You can BYOB but make sure you bring cash too because they don't accept cards.
Food was tasty but they have a lot of rules. It's like eating at your patents house as a child. Only difference here is that you pay them :(
This place is awesome. The real deal.Organic, vegan. Friendly people. Awesome food. Great prices.
the full house appetizer is AWESOME. pour that nori on me!
Cash only but so delish! Marinated Tofu Sandwich = yum squared.
Some of the best vegetarian food I have ever eaten. Even though I am a vegetarian, my boyfriend who I was with, is not- and he loved the food! So flavorful and so interesting. Such a fan.
the Ya-Stew covered in the brown rice gravy was delicious!
"Open since 1976, Angelica Kitchen was a head of its time with a gourmet vegan menu with a fantastic Asian twist. Can get crowded but worth the wait, and comes at a very reasonable price."
If I could eat this well every day, I would go full vegan. Easy. Try the cornbread with miso-tahini spread. Too good!
I love it here. I wish I lived across the street.
love this great raw vegan macrobiotic/organic place. had the walnut-lentil pâté, hiziki & arame & their miso-tahini & rustic cornbread; all flawless & super delicious! give their cranberte a try too!
The 'wee' dragon bowl is gigantic...figure that one out. Also: so good.

The vanilla flan served with apple and walnuts made my eyes roll to the back of my head (in bliss).
