Cannoli and spumoni
Great Italian desserts, especially cannoli and Italian ice
The gelato is so great, and it's always lively in here.
CLOSED on Mondays! Ugh!
Order everything, then eat it.
Scadalina (dead man's bones) brittle clove-flavored cookies. Also Italian soda.
This is where to go for ice cream and italian desserts and cakes!
Amazing gelato and Italian baked goodies!
It's known for the ice cream, but the fruit tarts, biscotti and other bakery are also stellar!
When Clemenza said "Leave the gun; take the cannoli," it was probably because they were from Brocato's. The best!
Good Desserts. Still overpriced.
Pumpkin gelato! Soooo good
Really you can't go wrong. It's all good
St. Joseph Chocolate Almond gelato is heavenly!
The mint chip gelato is amazing
A New Orleans institution. Established in 1905 as a small ice cream stand in the French Quarter on Decatur by A. Brocato, an immigrant from Sicily. Its present location has existed since 1978.
pistachio nut...that's all
The Best pastries in Nola! A few even better than Italy, ha For Real!
Cannelonis.... all I'm gonna say is #epic
Every time. It's a Napoleon
The King Cake gelato is so good! Yummmm
The rum cake is deliciously sweet
The Sicilian pistachio nut gelato is ridiculously good.
In the large cup they let you taste four favors so even if one is a dud you won't be disappointed! Zuppa inglese was my surprise favorite! Stracciatella and pistachio excellent as expected!
So good. Classic New Orleans. If you're having dinner in Mid-City definitely go here for dessert.
myDomain: Free cappuccino with dessert
Best ice cream ever! Rum raisin and mango ice take the cake!
Espresso is fabulous...some of the best in the country. Be careful ;+)
Everyone raves about the cannoli here but I disagree...I think they need to go to Italy and find out what they really taste like.
Try tiramisu gelato!
Overrated and pricey. Tasty gelato, but not mindblowing. Stingy serving sizes.
Zuppa inglese is my favorite!!
Boo! Closed on Monday
The place to visit for dessert. The two I really liked were the cappuccino ice-cream cake, like a frozen cappuccino, and the torroncino, a hazelnut-and-almond semifreddo.
Get a cannoli or 5.
Spumoni is a must.
Spumone is to die for.
Not only is the gelato fabulous, the cookies/cakes are divine as well.
Read my review on Yelp:
The Zuppa Inglese (rum custard) gelato is the best. Try it with a mini cannoli.
Chef Adolfo Garcia says “Sicilian pistachio gelato or Zuppa Inglese gelato, oh and squeeze in a cannoli, trust me.”
One word: spumone.
Try rum raisin, pistachio almond, zuppa inglese, or baci for gelato
Fantastic almond crescent cookies
Raspberry Ice is the best!!!
