    Get a Metro Tap Card for $1 at Pershing Square station, which is visible from the bottom of Angel's Flight. Put $20 on it and ride all #transit in LA for up to a week - plus, Angel's Flight for $0.25!

    Angel's FLight is a fun place to those touristy selfie shots. It's the shortest rail in the whole planet. It's only 300 feet ( 91 meters long ). Several Hollywood movies have been shot here.

    It puts the "fun" back in "funicular railway." Ride this relic from 1901 built to ease access to the then-residential Bunker Hill from core downtown below. It's now across from Grand Central Market.

    Whenever another L.A. landmark is torn down or demolished, come here and ride Angel's Flight. It will make you feel better. Just awesome.

    one-way trip is 25 cents (pay at the top of the hill). round-trip is 50 cents and includes a souvenir ticket. a book of 5 one-way tickets is $1.
