Pork Belly Sliders (best in LA), foie gras, & the ribs are all insanely good. But, I'm tossing in the melted petit basque w/chorizo on grilled bread. A simply wonderful dish, too.

I know everyone else suggested the "Pork Belly Pig" already, but I am verifying it. It is the best I could ever imagine. Bacon x 10. -- I'd fight a gang of twenty for these slider. I'd destroy them.
